Janitorial CleanerWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.Hourly Pay: $21.74/ Hourly The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesCleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshener • Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage • May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions • Gathers and empties trash • Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created • Drives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning work • Notify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facility • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authoritiesNeed to be able to drive larger vehicles such as (grand wagoner, Ford 150 truck, minivans and Suburban's ETC...QualificationsRequired: Must be 21 years of age or older • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of similar work experienceNeed to be able to drive larger vehicles such as (grand wagoner, Ford 150 truck, minivans and Suburban's ETC...About UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
