Route Service Delivery Driver - CDL Location: Bridgeville, DE Compensation: $61,160.00 + customer tips Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed) Start Time: 6:00 – 7:00 AM until workload is completed Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. Responsibilities Deliver premium products to residential, commercial, and retail customers. Provide excellent customer service and promote upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate delivery records and account information. Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely and in compliance with DOT regulations. Report any incidents, changes in driving status, or safety concerns. Support teammates by sharing solutions and helping where needed. Perform water dispenser cleaning services when required. Achieve monthly customer acquisition and upsell goals. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Valid CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (or ability to obtain one). Strong face‑to‑face sales skills and service orientation. Ability to work independently, in various weather conditions, and handle heavy loads (average 250+ units/day, up to 45 lbs each). Ability to climb in and out of a CMV 40–55 times/day and work an average 45‑hour week. Clean driving record covering the last 3 years, with no major violations.
