At Pennex in Leetonia, OH, our aluminum cast products and extrusions power vehicles, buildings, devices, and supply chains. As a Plant Reliability Technician, you’ll be the guardian of uptime — using deep electromechanical know-how to prevent issues, resolve failures, and continuously improve the systems that make modern manufacturing possible.
Your impactNight shift: 6pm–6am with rotating weekends.
QualificationsEducationFounded nearly half a century ago, Pennex operates state-of-the-art facilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We cast billet, extrude custom profiles, and fabricate finished components for automotive, transportation, building and construction, electrical and machinery, consumer durables, and distribution sectors. CompensationOur salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
